Jennifer Locke is the managing attorney in our Winchester office.

Jennifer Locke was born in Fairfax, Virginia. She graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in History in 1995. She received her law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University in 1998, and gained Virginia Bar admission in the same year. Ms. Locke is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Winchester-Frederick County Bar Association. She has served as President and Vice President of the Winchester/Frederick County/Clarke County Council Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.

Ms. Locke has worked for the Winchester office of BRLS since December 1998. With Blue Ridge, she has served as both a Staff Attorney and a Domestic Violence Attorney under a grant through the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice. She became the Managing Attorney of the Winchester Office in March 2017.

Ms. Locke enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and Bichon Frise. She likes to hike, take in movies and watch the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team or soccer in any form. She does not like spending time on social media or cooking—which she has successfully delegated to her husband over their many years together.
